Can someone translate for me the extensive signatures and titles on each of 3 Chinese paintings?

Question

I have 3 Chinese paintings on silk that were mounted in a carved wood screen; each has a multi-column group of Chinese characters and a red seal in the upper left corner that I believe should provide info on the artist's name, date of the painting, maybe the title, etc. I can send images of these "signatures" to an email address without any difficulty. The photos of the signatures are very good. Growing up in a small town in Texas, Chinese was a difficult language to pick up. Help!!!
