How much would a Edward Hopper painting be worth?

I have a Edward Hopper painting in my house, and im wondering how much it could be worth. It has a sailboat out in the ocean with a lighthouse in the background with a hill to the side of the house. Any info would be appriciated.

Why don't you get a valuation. The big auction houses Christies/Sothebys etc. usually do this for free in the hope that when you come to sell you will do it with them. The first stage is to phone in and they will tell you to send in a photo and other details.
