How much would a Sir Lawrence Alma-Tadema painting be worth?

I think I might have stumbled upon a painting that was a gift to my grandparents done by Sir Lawrence Alma-Tadema. I did a little research and it has the last known owners (according to the Museum of Fine Arts in Bostons site) name on the back of the canvas. I am not interested in selling just the possiblity of having a small treasure on my hands would be very cool.

One of my favorite painters! I owned "Between Hope and Fear" and will always regret selling it, although I did get a nice amount of money at the time (late 80's). It was a large ptg. with the frame done by LAT too & brought around $150,000. Contact Sotheby's in NYC. I would recommend Ben Doller, a very nice guy who knows hisAlma Tademas!

A lot, a great lot if it is real, pity you are a guy, otherwise I would ask you to marry me. Paintings by Alma-Tadema have sold at auction for for up to USD 900'000.
