Artists who paint chinese or japanese culture?

Question

I need to study 1 or 2 artists for my art GCSE exam.

I've tried googling things but google does not answer everthing.

Does anyone know any artists who have painted 2 or more paintings of chinese/japanese festivals or celeberations? Preferably the Cherry Blossom Festival (Sakura Matsuri) or Chinese Lantern Festival (Yuan Xiao Festival)
