Chinese Calligraphy like these are almost considered an art rather than a bunch of words. They are quite impossible to translate without an expert on Chinese Calligraphy, and I highly doubt there are people like that around here. Some of them are painted in old style Chinese text too. Best thing to do would be to ask a real dealer of Chinese Calligraphy in Chinatown or something.
I can decipher a portion from the last pic though:
It's a huge Chinese character for "love". It's even stated beside the red signature in English (they don't normally do that). As for the signature... well I don't think it's the real name of the guy who painted that, 'cause it clearly says "good fortune". Unless it's read from left to right, then I guess it's possible the guy is named "祥吉", or perhaps it's the name of the shop/company that painted it.
