Does any other artist prefer to do realism in black & white and imaginary or surrealistic in color?

I prefer to do stark realism in charcoal either black or red and my surrealistic work in pastel or oil. There are exceptions. I do landscapes in water color and oil portraits in oil color. But I prefer Realism in B&W and imaginary in color.
