My boyfriend likes this painter and he says he is known for painting women who are getting ready like putting on makeup. I don't know the year of the paintings though, but I assume the painter has done more than a couple.
I'm with the respondent above - I reckon it's Jack Vettriano. Even if it isn't, if your boyfriend likes pictures of ladies dressing, he'll definitely like Vettriano.
