To pull a print is to make an image when printmaking. Instead of saying you're "printing a print", you "pull a print".
When you lift the sheet of paper from the print plate or block, revealing the print you've created, you're pulling a print. The process, of course, includes the inking of the plate or block, putting it through a press (or burnishing on the back with a brayer or spoon), and then separating the sheep of paper from the inked block to reveal the print.
