After scouring the web and various sources this the best I could do...
According to the various sites the image is copyrighted by Bruce McGaw Graphics (www.mbcgaw.ca). Which means they own the rights to the image, or have been contracted to allow the image to be used. Most likely it has a private owner. I have seen many works that belong to the estate of an artist and typically that is noted. Likewise, I think it is unlikely that a museum owns this piece because that would be widely noted as well.
