What word would you say describes the essence of Picasso's work?

I would appreciate if someone who is familiar with art to describe Picasso's work in one word, like "abstract" or something like that. Thanks

Sweetie, have you seen Picasso's work? You could hang a dozen of his paintings side by side and all of them would look completely different. Nobody in the history of the modern period changed styles more frequently and more completely.

Greed. He was versatile because he kept trying to give his public what he thought they wanted. What they wanted kept changing so his art kept changing.
