Question about Eugene Delacroix's Orphan in cemetery?

I got a replica of the painting Orphan in cemetery and it seems like there are "cracks" all through the sky and over her face. I have looked online to see other images, and some have the cracks and some do not. Do you know if the original painting had them, and if so..what do you think the reasoning was? (a certain technique or anything like that?) Thanks for any help

It's an oil on canvas painting and the crackling you see is caused by natural deterioration. I am not sure if any restoration has been done to the painting.

The original painting is in the Louvre in Paris.

I think it was age in the original causing the cracks, reproduction prints have probably been cleaned up digitally.
