I need ideas for a painting?

Alright so I need an idea to paint. I bought a set of acrylic paints and I want to use them. I would appreciate anyone who wouldn't mind listing any videos, tips, ideas about painting. Nothing to hard would be nice, but I would also like to use a little detail and make it look nice. Thanks guys!

If you need ideas of what type of art to do then you should definitely do surrealism. It is where you take familiar objects and rearrange them differently in a painting. My favorite surrealist artist is probably Salvador Dali.
