Eugene Boudin questions? Please help?

How did he paint?...was it the traditional style or was it the new, radical, Impressionistic style?

Where did he attend art school? What was the name of it?

What famous artist painted by his side when they were about 15 and inspired him?

Thank you so much for helping!

Boudin exhibited with the Impressionists but never thought of himself as an Impressionist. His style was was based on more traditional methods (also French Realism and the Barbizon school), he was one of the early plein air painters.
He would have studied in Paris in the studios of various recognised artists (possibly Charles Gleyre's). Art schools as we know them now did not really exist then.
The 15 year old artist who worked with him was Claude Monet (it was Monet who was inspired by Boudin).
