Both were part of the Futurist art movement that originated in Italy in the early 20th century. It was largely an Italian phenomenon.
See a brief summary of what they meant athttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Futurism_%2…
Furturist artists were active in many fields; Balla was a painter; Influenced by Filippo Tommaso Marinetti, his paintings were depictions of light, movement and speed.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Giacomo_Bal…
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Filippo_Tom…
Also influenced by Marinetti, Luigi Rusolo was also painter (but not as well known) ; he is best remembered as a a pioneer of Machine music.
Rusolo painted in two styles. Applied divisionist (pointillist )techniques to a fantastic-symbolic views of the city or industrial society; later worked in style he described as classic modern http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luigi_Russo…
Read about Russolo's work as a musician - redefining Sound - which is the striking difference between them - at http://csunix1.lvc.edu/~snyder/em/russol…
And read more about Balla's paintings with examples athttp://www.mishabittleston.com/artists/g…
There should be enough material here to answer the questions.

I have tried a lot of different programs and
found "Family Funds" to be one of the best,
They care about your success, It's easy to do
and I make about $50.00 dollars a day but it's
been growing monthly so the extra $1500 dollars
a month has been helpful, give it a try.
