Whitch items of Chinese stuffs do you like best ?

Hi, I am a guy from China. Next week i am going to visite a friend of mine in New York city. I wanna bring something to her, like something that made in China originally, and it might cost much in America. However, I don't know what items of Chinese stuffs an American likes. Can you help me, or any suggessions for me ? Thank you very much!

China has so many products, you have a lot of choice
just avoid any copy/pirated dvds as US is very strict on those things
