What the name of the painting of a woman lying nude being feed grapes?

It's a famous painting, I think it's from the Roman or Renaissance period. The woman is lying nude on a large chair with a red drapery over it and being fanned and fed grapes if my knowledge is correct.

Roman or renaissance period? That is a pretty big difference. Which is it? Does it look like a full color oil painting done in the naturalistic style, or does it look like there is little blending in it?
