Does someone know the name of a painting and the name of the artist?

It has two teenagers; a black-haired girl with green bows on her two braids and a blond boy with a white shirt, and a bow tie with red and white stripes. They're about to bite an apple that is hanging from some kind of string or cable.

It looks like a Norman Rockwell, only I searched but couldn't confirm it.

if not rockwell try leyendecker, rockwell was heavily inspired by him and thus their work looks very similar. they both worked for the post at different times. leyendecker has done a lot of kid illustrations.
