What is the name of the painting of the man holding another man who's bleeding, and the other guy's eyes are wide open? Who painted this? I wanted to say Rembrandt but it doesn't appear so.

It's not a 17th-century Dutch painting, it's 19th-century Russian: Ilya Repin's "Ivan the Terrible and His Son":
 
However, Repin was somewhat influenced by Rembrandt.
